Collie can be of different types like Rough Collie, Border Collie, Beared Collie and Welsh Sheepdog. It is a kind of ‘herding dog’.

Appearance
Collies are medium sized breed of dogs and weighs around 10-25 kg. They are not much heavy. They have erect pairs of ears that give a foxy look. Their body fur is long or flat and the tail is feathered, bushy or smooth. They may be available in tan, black, red or sable colors. The most common patterns include tricolor or black-and-white.

Temperament

A collie originates in Britain and most particularly in upland regions of west and north.
